You know who doesn’t fall into the category of “Other People?” Cast Members.

Ok, Cast Members – also known as Disney staff – technically ARE people who are other than you.

But they are the very notable exception to everything we’ve talked about in this section until now.

Because they are just great. I’m not sure how Disneyland Paris goes about their hiring processes, but they have a really good one.

The people who work at Disney really don’t get the appreciation they deserve.

The Cast Members that we have interacted with during our visits – from characters, to City Hall staff, to those taking our food orders and making the food – have all been universally knowledgeable, kind, and patient.

If you have any problems with other people, or have questions about what you need to do or how you can see something, these Cast Members are where you should go first. If they don’t know the answer to your question, they will probably know where to direct you to find your answer.  

Oh, and an extra shout out to the Cast Members who work in the Tower of Terror. All of them have been hilariously on-script, playing up the atmosphere of the ride/attraction to best effect. They make me laugh every time.
