The End Bit.
Ok, so that was a lot, I know. It grew in the telling.

If there is only one bit of knowledge that you take from this guide, I hope it is the knowledge that you can just be you when you are at Disneyland Paris.
For those of us who are neurodiverse, that does make being ourselves harder when we are in the Parks. But it is still possible. And I also hope that the information in this guide makes it easier for you to be yourself when there are so many pressures on your mind and so many sensory inputs to deal with.
Because of the many parts of this guide that deal with planning before you go, I hope you stumbled across it before your trip to Disneyland Paris.
But there is a lot in here. It may be useful as a reference in the Parks themselves, so use it as you see fit. Sometimes it is just nice to have something you can refer to if the day takes an unexpected turn and you need to reset.
I will probably do some updates to this in the fullness of time. Feel free to send me your experiences and your challenges (and solutions you’ve come up with!) if you think there are additional ways to help out your fellow neurodivergent teammates.
